Call for anything urgent. For routine work, send a request and a local company will call you back.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the right local company gets your request
- What the well is doing: no water, low pressure, short cycling, or water that looks or smells wrong
- Whether the breaker is tripping
- Your pump type if you know it (submersible or jet) and roughly how old it is
- Whether you have your well log
No water at all? Turn off the breaker to the pump so it doesn't run dry, and call rather than sending a form.
